I have been using this company for about 2 years now to transport my mom from her assisted living to her doctor appointments.   The vans are always clean and seem well maintained.   The drivers are very nice and are careful when they load up my mom in her wheel chair. Fantastic, reliable company that goes the extra mile and beyond for customer satisfaction. They transported my mom, via wheelchair, to her doctor's appointment from Willowbrook Nursing Center. The driver was caring, skillful, and attentive. The driver actually had her laughing. It was as if the driver had known her all her life. The car was absolutely spotless, and the female driver was neat and clean and had apparently been working for the company for a few years. I was very grateful for Lendall's help getting to my surgeons office and home again. I was in a lot of pain, and he took great care with me. Kindness and patience go so far when you are in such a difficult situation. He was a huge help to me on an extremely difficult day. Thank you so much! Lendall is an outstanding driver! He is prompt, polite, and always friendly. This is the second time he has driven my parents to appointments, and both experiences have been excellent. He is a courteous and cautious driver, a gentle conversationalist, and highly knowledgeable about securing a wheelchair safely. His professionalism and warm demeanor make every trip a pleasure. John assisted one of my residents in getting to the polls to vote today. The first location verified as a voting location, ended up sending us to another location. John was more than willing to go the extra mile so she could vote. In her words "He is GREAT!" A BIG thank you goes out to John for his VERY friendly service, patience, and willingness to work with us and get her where she needed to go. I would recommend him to anybody needing a ride. My driver yesterday was John and he was excellent. This was the first time I had used Reliable and definitely will again. They live up to their name! I have used their services several times for my dad. They have always been on time and very friendly. I love their computer scheduling system, it is so easy to use and they are quick to respond. The only downside is that they are kind of pricey.
